Registration for new and returning members will open at the beginning of March. Membership fees include full use of the courts and equipment.

Meadowwood Tennis Club uses an online membership system. Our membership system allows you to register and pay online for your membership

“Family” is defined as two Adults (maximum) and up to three children aged 5 to 17 in the same family.
“Couple” is defined as two Adults or one Adult and one Junior living together at the same address. Two friends cannot be registered as a couple.
“Adult” is 18 years of age or older as of January 1 of the current membership year. “Junior” is 17 years of age or younger as of January 1 of the current membership year.
“Junior” is 17 years of age or younger as of January 1 of the current membership year.
“Senior” is 65 years or older as of January 1 of the current membership year.
“Full Time Student” is defined as an individual 18 years of age or older enrolled in a full-time post secondary program in the current membership year.
Individual memberships for Adult, Senior, Full-Time Student or Junior must complete a registration form.
If you are seeking a Family or Couples membership, the Primary Account Holder must complete the registration and request membership. Once the account has been created, then Family Members can be added.
Your account will become active once we have received and confirmed your payment via e-transfer to treasurer@meadowwoodtennis.com Any billing questions should be directed to the Treasurer.
Once your account is active, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to access court bookings and event registration.
All members must use the new online booking feature to book court times.
